Benedikt Berghofer studied mechanical engin­eering at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) with majors in product develop­ment and industrial engineering. He gained in-depth knowledge in production pro­cesses, ergo­nom­ics and product development, in particular for sports equipment.

He strengthened his practical knowledge in the area of joining technologies at a German automobile manufacturer and in product development at a medical device company in the USA.

Benedikt has been a full-time member of the team at Kroher Strobel since 2015, and has become partner of the firm in 2022. His current focus is on drafting German and European patent applications as well as on patent prosecution and opposition proceedings in the fields of mechanical engineering and medical devices.
